Iranian security forces arrested three Americans for illegally entering the country from Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Iran’s state-run network reported Saturday.

Among those detained is Joshua Fattal, his mother confirmed late Saturday.
"My husband and I are only concerned with the welfare of Joshua," Laura Fattal, of Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, said.

    2. With all the hiking trailers around the world, they couldn’t find but the border between Iraq and Iran to do their hiking. Remind me of the North Koreans incident. Oops, we cross illegaly. If I want to cross any borders illegaly I would choose a country where its jail is a little more confortable than Iran. That was stupid of them. Besides I am no relation to one of them.

    3. Stupid is as stupid does…… give me a break!! Let’s see…. “AMERICANS” will decide to hike in remote Iraq mountains AFTER being warned by local police that it’s dangerous AND near the border. Oh yeah…. also warned border is NOT MARKED!! These guys deserve whatever happens to them.
