Search for Caylee turns to prosecution
Now that Caylee Anthony’s remains have been identified, the search for the Florida toddler turns into a prosecution of her mother.
Although Orange County, Florida, Medical Examiner Jan Garavaglia said Friday she could not determine how Caylee died, she concluded the death was a homicide.
The child’s mother, Casey Anthony, 22, faces charges including murder in the disappearance and death of Caylee, who was 2 when she vanished last summer.

Common sense and circumstantial evidence will need to prevail in this trial. Even tough it will be virtually impossible to determine the cause of death, this still does not allow the possibility that Caylee was killed “by accident.” The computer searches for “neck-breaking”, “chloroform,” and “missing children, and the fact that Casey led investigators no nowhere land in the search for her missing child, coupled with her partying after the child was gone, are all indications that she had the intent in her mind all along to either kill the little girl -or at the very lease- to sedate her in order to party without being hindered by a child. No matter how it went down, her intent to harm or kill the child is all that is needed for a murder conviction.
This case of Caylee floors me really. I mean such an innocent helpless 2 year child with so much life to be lived just taken away from her.
Well, I hope justice well prevail in this case and Caylee RIP.
