I have read that only a 1 quart baggy is allowed in your carry-on. It is supposed to hold all essential liquids. What about make-up like foundation and lipstick? Does that count as a liquid and have to be put in a baggy?
What about your actual luggage/checked suitcase? Can another quart baggy of liquid be stored in there?
