Security personnel surround President Bush after an Iraqi threw his shoes at him in Baghdad Sunday.Iraqi journalist throws shoes at Bush in Baghdad
A man identified as an Iraqi journalist threw shoes at — but missed — President Bush during a news conference Sunday evening in Baghdad, where Bush was making a farewell visit.

Bush ducked, and the shoes, flung one at a time, sailed past his head during the news conference with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in his palace in the heavily fortified Green Zone.
The shoe-thrower — identified as Muntadhar al-Zaidi, an Iraqi journalist with Egypt-based al-Baghdadia television network — could be heard yelling in Arabic: "This is a farewell … you dog!"

If Bush Excuse To Invade Iraq Was To Liberate Iraqi, Why Didn't He Do The Same Thing In Burma?

Bush claims that Iraq has weapon of mass destruction and after four years of searching it turns out that they didn't posses one. He also claim that he wants to liberate Iraqi from Saddam's regime, which in fact is evidently for oil. If that's the case, why didn't he invade Burma? Citizen of Burma was completely suppressed by the ruthless dictatorship regime of military junta. Is it because he is afraid of China defending the junta? Burma has plenty of natural resources, but they are unable to maintain it in order to prosper the nation. Why can he interfere and annihilate Iraq freedom while he didn't put to much pressure in Burma but imposing pointless sanction?
So, what's the correct justification Brian?

The European Union will launch its first naval operation Tuesday, protecting vessels from pirate attacks off the coast of Somalia, EU policy chief Javier Solana announced Monday.

EU foreign ministers approved the mission during their regular meeting in Brussels on Monday. Solana said the operation is "very important" because EU vessels will be operating "in a place in the world that everybody’s looking at because of the new problems related to piracy."
"It’s very important that we have taken that decision to launch it tomorrow," he added.

The United States and other Western powers have "exacerbated Somalia’s downward spiral" and must revise their policies in the east African country, a Human Rights Watch report has warned.

The report, released Monday, blames the policies under President George W. Bush for "breeding the very extremism that it is supposed to defeat."
"The new administration of U.S. President Barack Obama should urgently review U.S. policy in Somalia and the broader Horn of Africa and break with the failed approach of his predecessor," the report said.

Will America Continue To Spiral Downward Until We Become A Country That People Want To Leave?

If you don't like it get out!—-common saying. What if the day comes when this country's conditions will be so bad that people WANT to leave?

It's already on its downward spiral at least for the middle and lower classes.

It's becoming a rich man's country ONLY, and everyone else has it worse.

The attitude, godless behavior, brainwashed by Hollywood types running rampant, and all sorts of things, are just wow.

Obviously there is a whole section of happy Americans that isn't going anywhere, thank god for them, you guys rock,

but lots of this country seriously, I mean come on, wakeup, it's not that great. It's bad.

Okay it's no Somalia, but it's turning into a shithole.

At one point America I'm sure was to die for, and now it's becoming this cesspool of problems, crime, hardships, dirty air, bad environment, all sorts of problems.

Our problem isn't just a "spiritual," one, we have many problems.

Will it just keep getting worse?
