Which US College Should I Choose For An MS If I Want To Work In The Automotive Industry?

This is in continuation to my previous question. Thanks for all the help guys (both of you) who answered it.

1)I forgot to mention that I'm an Indian student, and I've already secured a job here at the Engineering Research Center of a leading carmaker. I've got 1540 in my GRE and 293 on my TOEFL, and a GPA of lik 3.8/4.0. Just wanted to know if it makes more sense to work for a couple of years and then app to colleges (the interdisciplinary program at Umich Ann Arbor requires 18 months full time work ex as a prerequisite), or should I just straightaway apply for next fall (2007) itself when I'll be completing my undergrad here in India.
2) Do students with relevant industry experience get better intern/coop offers and fellowships/assistantships?
3)Also how good are schools like RWTH Aachen in Germany which offer MS in Automotive Engg. too? Are schools in the US better?
4)I ultimately want to do an MBA after a few years of work and get into mgt in the auto industry
