Sister’s ex charged with murder in Hudson case – CNN.com
The estranged brother-in-law of singer and actress Jennifer Hudson was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree murder stemming from the fatal shootings of Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew, police said.
William Balfour, 27, was also charged with one count of home invasion, authorities said at a news conference.
Balfour is the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson’s sister, Julia Hudson, and the stepfather of one of the victims, 7-year-old Julian King.

Why Are The Media So Stuck On Covering The Murders Of The Hudson Family In Chicago?
Why isn't William Balfour charged with the murders? Is it because there is suspicion that the family might have been in involved in dangerous and illegal activities, and that there could have been others who have bigger motives to get even with the family?
Is this why Jennifer Hudson is protected by body guards even though William Balfour is in jail?
